Amazon's vesting schedule is such that people get most of their RSUs vested during years 3 and 4 of employment. When leaving Amazon for Google or Facebook (or other companies, for that matter) before completing the 4 year "term", will the new employer increase the TC to compensate for the "lost" Amazon stock?
I didn't get what is lost stock? You will get it if you stay.... New employer will anyways give some shares.... Is the question that new employer match or increase the $ value you get? Further your total comp matters not just the equity
