Wondering if Amazon has a team or department where a seller can report a massive scam that is offered by outsiders calling themselves Amazon gurus? Would love to get in touch with an actual person that would be willing to look in New scam of BSR manipulation and reviews :)

If customer support or other means, doesn't resolve an issue to your liking, you can write an email to the COE, Jeff Bezos. He will make sure the concerned team looks into it.

There is a massive organisation for this called seller support. Exercise due diligence and make contact.

Contact the Seller support TRMS team. If nothing directly email the VP his name is Peter Faricy or something
