Both of those should be hourly positions. When I started as a eng II many, many years ago, salary was 55k but that didn't include stock, sign on bonus or OT. When I left that field 4 years later, I was at 58k but that again does not include stock or OT. At one point with stock and OT, I cleared over 100k two years in a row. But it was all about the initial stocks I got.
