How much were you able to negotiate for a L6 tech role from the original offer?

Seattle SDE-SDM should be 250-300.
160 base no more no less. 80k bonus year 1. Something like 250 RSUs over 4 years — mostly year 3/4.
TPM/PM-T more like 200k TC. May not get 160 base
This is the recruiter trying to lowball. Or an underpaid/new sde3.
External candidates are raising the bar, so should be above median salary at the level.
