Is there a good practice website for Amazon LP Questions? Or how do you practice one for LP interview?
A good approach is to get a few good stories/examples from previous jobs you’re proud of and then tag them to the LPs. Instead of trying to find 2 stories per LP. There are some YouTube videos - mapping questions to the LP being evaluated. They’re useful. And then answering in the STAR format - situation, task, action, result(measures) always helps and keeps you on point.
U specify u in a strat dept, just do the same prep as for current position.
Just finished interviewing for L5 security position recently. Just 2 rounds of technical and 5 rounds of LPs, was very taxing. Repeat questions from multiple interviewers.I gave some repeat answers.Thought the interview went well but rejected at last. No feedback on the reason as is expected i believe.

Limit your vocabulary to just the LP's only. Like so: Do your job = show Ownership, Respond to customer question = Customer Obsession, Looking at logs = Dive Deep, Search Stack Overflow = Learn and be Curious, Code review = Insist on the Highest Standard Interview = Hire and Development the Best Yell at your wife = Right A Lot
Just lookup the leadership principles and think of situations in your career where you have demonstrated those principles. Think through and perhaps rehearse how you would describe those situations in an interview.
