What are the exit opportunities after Amazon Finance leadership development program (roles, companies, or within Amazon) ? Is it possible to work as senior financial analyst in the Corporate development team as part of FLDP rotations?

Recruiter didn’t specify but from my understanding seems like L5. 120k base. 35 RSUs, 26k 1st year cash bonus, 19k 2nd year cash bonus. Does that sound right? The base seems low for SF

Pretty much everyone you talk to in the FLDP program wants to work in Corp dev. In my experience you can move up a lot quicker outside the FLDP program rather than in it.
I have an interview for a full time role in AWS, yet also received an email to interview for the FLDP this summer. I’m an evening weekend MBA student at Haas. Are you suggesting I stick with the full time role for AWS instead of drop out of that and pursue the FLDP?
