Ther is always pressure to deliver at Amazon. If you dont mind that, please go ahead. If you want to work on a new project, there will be pressure. If you want to just be happy supporting current systems, its slightly less stressful. The orgs make a difference too and so does the revenue made by the group. I dont think Amazon music is really making that much money but they are betting on Alexa as the differentiator.
Can you please elaborate how does revenue make a difference ?
Well, sometimes if the product is not making money or not making the intended impact, it gets scrapped along with entire team.. so you always have that stress unless you find something else internally.
