Amazon New Grad V/S Senior Software Engineer at Cisco Webex

I am a CS grad student. I have the new grad offer from Amazon. (Which means I have no say in location/pay/org/team). I also have an offer from the Cisco WebEx team (Grade 062). I have talked to my director and the tech stack and the team seem really good. My team at Cisco is also not into networking. The product and the work seem good. I am not sure what should I proceed with. Amazon is one of the Giants and in the big four. Having the name Amazon on my resume, might improve my profile a lot. But at the same time I feel like I don't have any say in negotiation/team. It's take it or leave it. Moreover, Amazon has been hiring a lot and there are just so many people getting offers from Amazon. Both Cisco and Amazon have comparable pay. So, the main deciding factors now are my growth and location. I would appreciate any inputs/advice. Thank you.
