Best way to prepare for leadership principles? Recruiter said to have different stories for each interviewer since they can see notes.. But don't have so many examples.. Also an prep guide for preparing those answers? Have Interview in 4 days!

@KnS86 is that what you doing in your current company?
You don’t have to contribute but don’t discourage if someone asks for suggestions.

I see lot of negative sentiment on blind against Amazon.. It's really sad .. I don't work there.. But have friends who are actually pretty happy there. Obviously that doesn't make it good or bad. But always writing shit when not required is not quite annoying for someone genuinely interested in advice.

Try mapping atleast 2 examples for each LP...not all leadership principles will be asked...depends on the role, only 2 or 3 will be concentrated...put more effort in mapping your examples in key LPs like ownership, earn trust, deep dive, earn trust, frugality and bias for action.
Also, frequent questions like tell me a time where u sacrificed short term goals for long time results,
tell me a time where u had conflict with Manager/sub-ordinate/peer.
Good luck with the interview. Update us with your outcome!!

The thing is I had two phone screens.. One for sql.. One for LP.. And in one hour hiring manager asked me about 8-9 behavioral questions and I gave 7 different examples.. Now I'm afraid I'm left with very few without repeating

OP, one example can map to more than one LPs. So you can totally use the same examples and try to relate them to other LPs.

It can be the same and in-person, it is usually 2-3 per interview (and not 8-9 like phone screen). Interviewers spend more time to check if you’re bullshitting or not instead of asking more questions.
