Should I move from amazon to Facebook?? Have been with amazon for 6+years Compensation hike is close to 50% Is it worth the change ??

“Comp hike ~ 50%” - I think this is a no-brainer. Yes, if I were you, I would go, even if the pay is the same. FB has free food, better benefits, and possibly better bonuses as well.
