SDE-2 earning 215K. What level and salary at T-Mobile if interviews went well?
Break down your earnings package to base, bonus, RSU components.
No cash bonus. 145K base, 70K worth stocks at 1000$ per share
I know a couple people's salaries, security, network, and dev. Here is a range for all Sr. Positions I know: 110,000 - 130,000 base 10k RSU per year every year vesting over 3 years 15% bonus that has been paying out higher than 15% due to company success.
lol T-mobile must pay peanuts to new grads
Understandable from your perspective, but the reality of the American professional across a spectrum of skilled jobs is that 120,000 a year is a very comfortable and respectable pay. I wonder if a FAANGLM perspective is so skewed from the reality of skilled workers pay in America that they would not be utterly shocked at what most professionals make for a salary.
Doesn't seem like T mobile would pay as well.
Why would you go to T-Mobile after Amazon?
My friends at T mobile have very good life. Not everyone is workaholic or career oriented. In fact, most would choose life if their pay is above certain level.
I’ve heard amazon works you to death and it’s cut throat. I work at TMO and would never go to AMZ
I'm happy with my pay at T-Mobile. My job is hard and I'm paid fairly for it. I don't have to work until 7pm every day, but there are plenty of times where it is 20 hours a day.
