Analog Design to HWE
Been working as an Analog Design engineer for a year now. How might I prepare to switch into HWE? I make about 130K TC in the bay and work about 55 hours a week. How would the WLB and compensation compare? Any companies that you would recommend? Thanks in advance!

If you're in the analog/mixed-signal domain, you can also try Broadcom. The TC is up there. For ICB4, the RSU is 620 AVGO stocks, which translate to ~170k in dollar value. The base would be roughly 150k+, plus 20% annual bonus. For HWE, the obvious choice would be Apple but I've heard that the WLB is not very good, pays well though.
