Do you want to work at FB? Sounds good if so.

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 8, 2018

Yeah! I’m super excited by the opportunity, have no experience with the ranges of these companies, that’s why I ask.

What is a Rotational Software eng?

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 8, 2018

It’s a program that have some coaching before becoming a full time, you basically work with 2 teams and then you “graduate” into full time if you did well.

TuneIn Spelmanson Jun 8, 2018

How was the interview- same as regular swe? How did you get to that program?

Google choot Jun 8, 2018

Are you a female? Curious.

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 8, 2018

Macho here

Microsoft hdj8hrj Jun 9, 2018

So that's a yes?

Facebook QA1337 Jun 8, 2018

It’s a standard REng offer, take it and enjoy. You’ll get RSU when you concert to regular SWE.

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 8, 2018

Great to hear! Thanks

What were your interviews like OP?

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 8, 2018

I think did really well on every round but the last one. I got a phone screen, then on-site 2 coding rounds, system design and a behavioral/coding. All coding were mid leetcode level.

Facebook supichai Jun 9, 2018

Level or Bonus and RSU info needed

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 9, 2018

The level they’ll put me in after graduating is E4. No RSU(since technically I’m not a full time yet)

Cool will do.

@op how did you prep? My SO is going into an interview. Would love some insights. Also how many sys design questions were there? Feel free to DM me.

Ford Luxorv OP Jun 12, 2018

Prepared using leetcode/cracking the coding interview. Divided topics and did medium/hard problems after reviewing the theory. I found leetcode premium really helpful. Good luck on your interviews!

Thanks OP.
