Annual stock refreshers and yearly bonus a sure thing or not?
I'm mulling an offer from Apple (software, Siri org), but they don't mention anything about annual stock refreshers or annual bonus ages%.
In Google, although these are 'discretionary' one can comfortably expect a good (40-70% of base) stock refresh and a specified 'target bonus percentage' ~15-20% of base as annual bonus - the actual percentages will vary according to a number of things like perf numbers, director etc.
- Do people _usually_ get 'good' grants/bonuses at $AAPL or not?
- Are these consistent annually in frequency, or does it happen that you perform OK but get a very token amount or get nothing?
