Annual vacation leaves
Why there is annual vacation leave difference between IT companies. some companies provides only 10 or 12 days in a year, some companies provides 30days in a year do we have any labour law for it? TC - 88k Exp - 8+ years

The more a company's capitalist values, the lesser the number of vacation days. Remember, capitalism is what makes American great.
There is no law requiring vacation time. Employers offer it as a benefit and so it varies.
