Any experience on investing on Fundrise?

I use it and it's been pretty good so far. About 10% returns. Only downside is liquidity

I have been using it for almost three years so far, it is good, return is around 11%

I use it as a means to diversify. Been good so far!

I have had a good exp for 1.5 years but wont put more in due to their lack of a material response to what happens in a fundrise llc bankruptcy

In Fundrise, is the 0.85% fee applied to your capital, or to your earnings?
