Feeling stressed out a lot. Many minor events, not a single one. Collectively making me sleepless, anxious and very stressed out. Anything I can get from walgreens or Walmart that really helps?
Hang in there. Haven’t been in that situation fortunately. But, I would suggest not to focus on minor events or you can get distracted with other events if possible

I second vitamin b and d. Magnesium and fish oil also help me. I was exhausted and depressed all the time and found I had a vitamin d deficiency. Have your doctor do a comprehensive blood test
Don’t rely on pills, see a psychiatrist. It really helps.

Depression is a medical issue. If you had a broken leg would you ask for something to solve it fast over the counter? Or go to a doctor? See a professional. Talk to your doctor, get a referral for therapy, get prescribed meds if need be. Do what you gotta do to be healthy.

Now in all seriousness anxiety and stress are different than depression / feeling down. Is it both or can you narrow it down? In any case, exercise hard and try SAMe, NAC, Vitamin D+K2, omega 3, curcumin, magnesium (glycinate, taurate, threonate). Don't let them become a crutch - try to fix the root cause.
