Any pre-IPO recruiters or hiring managers (Uber, AirBnB etc) looking for experienced PM in Seattle?
Over 11 years of experience in Product Management and engineering. Looking for PM position in Seattle area. I have a Google PM offer but team matching is taking its own sweet time. Will move to a pre-IPO company if compensation is good and work is exciting.
What's your assumption about "pre-ipo" ?
Not looking for an early stage startup but a company that has already proven its business model and has scope for growth in near future.
Not every company that found product market fit has IPO as exit plan. Look at Moat, liverail, etc.
