You should be good. Those rfe mostly for body shop low wage petitions
Not true. I know senior positions in CDN space that got RFE with premium. Expect the unexpected.

Yes. Mine just got approved this week in 7 days . I guess a lot depends on your attorney and how they prepare your case. Also, some companies are known to get more refs than others.
First one had a RFE which was later denied. The second transfer was approved in 3 days.
