Any recommendations on HO-6 "Walls In" Insurance Policy providers?
Anyone done any price-value comparisons / shopping? I just want the minimal policy so that the lenders are happy (and I don't plan to have any particularly expensive valuables inside).

Make sure you get a copy of the Association policy and give it to your broker. Your policy needs to match up with the Association policy wording such as “Walls In” or “Walls Out” Coverage.
Yes done so -- should've probably specified for "Walls In" in my post. I'll update :)

Sometimes the insurance that the HOA bought already covers part of the walls in insurance. You can use this to negotiate with various insurance companies for a lower rate for selective coverage.
