I am trying to find partners interested in buying real estate.
Is it really wise to look for investing partners on an anonymous app?

Seattle metro ain’t cutting it bro/sis. Are u okay with OOS. I have 23 properties all out of state. I can give u some tips. Am currently closing on a deal in Miami.
How do u find out of state deals
I have certain metro areas I look at based on some KPIs follow. After that I find investor friendly Realtors in the area and create my RE teams - Property management, inspectors, rehabbers etc. I do atleast one visit, mostly multiple to get familiar with the different neighborhood. Also do a ton of research online. Then I execute with my team. My selection criteria, offer every thing is very data driven. Not all deals go well. But most do. End of day I'm turning around 17% to 19% Roi cash-on-nett.
Buy a REIT if you want real estate. Much safer than going in with partners unless you really know what you're doing

Find out where Amazon HQ2 will land before it's announced. Buy up everything in that city.
