Apartments in Bellevue

Hello, I will be moving to Seattle to join Amazon and am looking for 2 bedroom spacious apartments in the 2500-3500 range. Is Bellevue a good option to balance apartment size and commute? I plan on taking the Amazon shuttle. I need recommendations for apartments and estimated commute time. Thanks!

You can use Google maps transit option to get estimates of commute times, start with the zipcodes where you find the apartments that you like/can afford and then get more precise once you get the times to your liking....also do use the time of day to get estimates for the rush hours

Why Bellevue if you’re working in Seattle?

Bigger apartments at cheaper price... suburban living.

Bellevue can be just as expensive, and for single-family homes, it’s more expensive. If space is a need, I’d try other suburbs.

Shoreline is the most economical option in terms of suburbs. There are also north Seattle neighborhood such as Ballard, Fremont or bitter lake.

Shoreline is pretty good, about 10 miles north of SLU plus unlike Bellevue you don't have to cross the freaking bridge....takes about 25 mins to drive and 40-45 mins on bus

Plenty of options on Zillow for apartments, condos, townhomes and even some sfh in your range. I’d look for something west of 405 such as Clyde hill or beaux arts, if not right downtown Bellevue area. Easy shuttles from Everest or Bellevue college, or just make the 25 minute drive if you don’t mind dealing with parking.
