Hello, I am waiting for an offer from Apple but the HR told me that there wont be any room for negotiations after the offer is presented. The position is in London. Has this happened to people already working with Apple, London? Do you think she's bluffing? Personally, I have 6.5 YOE and will be relocated from France. FB is the same way they do not allow negotiation because that favors people with negotiation skills over others. Females tend to not negotiate as much as an example. So FB got rid of that and they use a formula to accurately provide the best offer possible to each candidate. Just my 2cts
My recruiter wanted to try and solidify numbers up front before it got approved rather than get the offer approved and then negotiate. So I think you can give what you want and see what the offer is before they submit it and give them feedback if it is ok or not for you.
