Apple onsite feedback?
How long does it take usually? I had an onsite last Thursday and sent out a follow-up email this Monday. HR mentioned before the interview that it would take a week because they need an approval from EVP to present an offer. Is it fair? Need to follow up again tomorrow? It is a HW position in SEG at Apple. Thanks in advance!
They’ll tell you first how’s the feedback positive/not-positive and ask your expectations. Only then they prepare an offer which still still takes a few days
Hmm HR said he would contact me once he get an approval from VP even before the interview. But I agree with you. Do I need to contact HR and ask the progress?
It’s you’re call, I interviewed on a Thursday, got an email the Friday a week after saying the feedback was positive and asking for date to chat. Then got that chat a week after and they asked me about my expectation, the they prepared the offer for another week. That’s +3 weeks between interview and offer.
