Are L7 ICs at Facebook something common?

Getting an offer from Fb, but im a manager today and will be offered an IC role. Will they be able to match my level 7 even as an IC?

Do they know your current comp? They wouldn’t interview you if they couldn’t be competitive

IC7s are around, but I’m not sure how many in PM. Though, there isn’t a ton of layering in PM do you might be ok

Yes. Leveling is consistent across all tracks at FB. If you are an L7 (IC), you are equivalent to an M2 (manager). You have the same comp band.
