Are liberal ideologies anti-Semitic?

Don't think so. But Netanyahu might be an idiot just like Modi is an idiot. That won't make liberal ideas anti-Hindu either.

AppDynamics TAlc61 May 8, 2018

Liberal ideas being Hindu or anti Hindu does not even make sense given how oxy moronic it is implicitly. Hindu being liberal and being one making you anti liberal supposedly.

Exactly

what is this question getting at? does the israeli prime minister disliking something make it anti-semitic?

Microsoft seemsfastr May 8, 2018

Yes they're anti Semitic. Bibi was almost crying out of happiness when he met Trump and didn't have to deal with Obama anymore. Obama was also the one who took a picture with radical anti semite Louis Farrakan

I think liberal ideologies are particularly good at not making broad generalizations that result in discriminatory biases. You might be confusing it with a different ideology.

Amazon Hooliganss May 8, 2018

Perhaps classical liberal ideologies. Today’s definition of liberal diverts significantly from your description.

Microsoft Lotl May 8, 2018

Yep. Eisenhower is considered a “liberal” by today’s standards.

Microsoft Lotl May 8, 2018

What are liberal ideologies? Maybe if you can identify them others can reply.

I don't know. Jesus was one of the biggest liberals in history. Why are there even Christian conservatives and why do they "stand with Israel"? And why do people say America was founded on Christian values when that would have meant staying as part of the Church of England and the British Empire at the time? (because of the divine right of kings) Not trying to derail; my point is: is being anti-Israel because of the country's human rights record really antisemitism? Does it mean you hate some guy in New York who wears a suit and black hat and a beard just because you hate some country's foreign policy? And finally, if it's liberal then why does the alt-right (ie reddit, 4chan) hate Jews so much that they use it as an insult and accuse them of the same things Hitler accused them of? TL; DR: No.

Do you think what Israel does is worse than what Palestine and other groups against Israel do? Palestinians kill Israelis indiscriminately. The Palestinian government is the side who pays terrorists families after suicide attacks and stabbings on Israeli civilians. And Hamas/Hezbollah are the groups who openly say they're happy Jews gather in Israel so that they don't have to hunt them down globally.

seemsfastr: stop bullshit israeli propaganda. Being on Blind doesn’t allow you to lie.

Generally speaking no, but in the last decade or so politics has become more extreme, and Democrats blended with some extreme left ideologues, including anti semites. Obama made anti-semite remarks following the massacre of Jews in France, Google this: "Jewish folks Obama France" for full details. That's the same Obama who didn't participate in a stand against terrorism featuring all leaders of the civilized world minus Obama. His only relation with this incident was to absolve the attackers. That said, WikiLeaks from Hillary's staffers show a more sober world view, Google this:"WikiLeaks Hillary podesta Jews Israel". Basically the democrat party has a Nazi wing, but it's not the ruling wing atm.

Being against Israel's policies is not anti-Semitic. I'm sure you know it, but you enjoy flinging feces.
