I think it’s 2 coding, 1 system design?
I heard that Asana interviews are one of the hardest. But I don’t really understand what people see in that company. Is it really going to grow into something big? What would the company be like if it wasn’t founded by one of the cofounders of Facebook?
4 sessions. All of them each have algo coding AND system design. For algo, Three of the sessions will involve just whiteboarding while one involved coding on your own laptop to solve algo questions.
Oh interesting - I have a recruiter call tomorrow to talk about the process but why does only one have coding on my own laptop?
For that one, they'll leave you alone to work on 3 questions and then someone will review the code with you later on plus give you a design qn to end the day.
I have one today, the 2 hour coding round will be something like design a chess game or similar ? Or is it out and out leetcode type?
