180 base, 140 sign, 120 shares rsu reasonable for sde3@bay area (numbers rounded off). I found on blind base seems right, but have no idea about rsu and sign on.. Do you think there is room for negotiations on rsu/sign-on.

Sign on is on lower side. In the past I've seen 300 or so as signing bonus.
Base is top at amazon, close to top
RSU is really low. SDE 2s get much more. Base is good. Remember Amazon won't ever increase your base and doesn't usually give out RSU based on your performance. You'll be stuck at this pay for a while.

So there’s no incentive to keep an employee after the initial 4 years? Are refreshers replaced with cash bonus? How does Amazon retain anybody without refreshers? Thinking the answer here is level promos or nada?
How much experience do you have? What’s the target compensation HR has told you ? Your RSU are low but base and sign on are ok.
9 yrs and was told 250.
For reference, but with 12+ years and Seattle: 160/380/450 (base, signing, rsu when it was shy of 1k). Note: It required VP override and is past pay band for the level. I’m pretty sure that base is max for Bay Area (i.e. won’t ever go up)
140 sign on over the years or all at once?
Usually it’s 50% split across first and second year since RSUs are weighted heavily for the last 2 years.
