Interviewed for a SW-2 role in Microsoft Azure. New grad with 2+ yoe prior to MS. Team interested in extending an offer. What level and TC to expect or ask for in the recruiter call? Thanks.

I'm sure it will. But when I got the offer, the recruiter only gave me 1 week of time and I negotiated it for one more week and I didn't get offer from Google. Best of the luck!

I also had 2 you prior to MS and i joined as level 61 in Jan and got 125k base + 20k signon + 25k stock over 5 years.

What role? 125 at 61 is low for engineering
