BOA New grad Comp, Negotiate or not?
BOA new grad offer. Is it good for BOA new grad? Should I negotiate? Salary: $100k Location: New Jersey No signing bonus, no RSU Relocation: $5k YOE: internships in other companies

Banking as a new grad? Sure 15 - 20 years ago. Bad comp, and even worse move.
Why are you at citibank?
Started many years ago when banking was growing. There used to be many bright people. It’s an Industry indecline and not a good place to start your career. For me I’m tied down by the proverbial Golden handcuffs and it doesn’t make sense to leave and have excellent WLB. I would highly recommend you stay out of banking. Way more interesting things in other areas and much more upside potential for an new grad.

I would completely agree with Citibank up there. Networked with many veterans in banking and they seem to hate it more than anyone and the only reason cant break off is because of many years in the field
