Someone check whether that Mountain View home stays at $1.4 million
Great! And we are not even in recession yet!
Ah yes, million dollar shitty bungalows were always going to be sustainable
Last I checked homes in Hayward were going for less than a million, at least those less than 2000 sq ft
Lol except peninsula, SF, and Sunnyvale / Cupertino / Los Gatos all up. Meaning that tech buyers till buyin
Not sure why anyone would be buying right now, prices are still going down.
Damn it’s crashing bad - Sunnyvale 17% down :(
Btw the problem in the past was Chinese investors with hoardes of cash that made the market unstable . It won’t fall down much , though without Chinese money it’s hard to sustain the current levels (even with the so called high pay in Bay Area) , when the prices fall, salaries will also need to be adjusted , you cannot have high salaries and low home prices , it’s all about competition.
Very true.
Wow, what a good news for first time buyers. Bring it down!!!!
Wow, in one example, $915k down to $722k. Didn’t realize things were so bad
1.4 went down to 1.1 in Fremont
Wow, new home community?
