Issue with investment like these is no liquidity. Even when you decide to close the account - it will take many years to get your money back and that too will come in smaller chunks. If you are looking to get interest income on the side and ok with principal being locked then it’s a decent investment. Taxes are higher though as it is interest income and not capital gains so keep that in mind.
