I was just there. Don't try to go anywhere during rush hour. Traffic is so bad on surface streets.

    1. Try some michelin star thai food, relatively cheap for tasting menus

    2. Walk down Soi Cowboy at night. Go in if you're feeling adventurous, but just knowing that it exists is very interesting for me as someone born and raised in the US.

    3. Check out Bangna market in the day time, and various night markets.

    4. Khao San road is a party place for foreigners.

    5. Cheap thai massage / foot massage (300 baht = 9 dollars an hour)

    6. If you like sharks, Ocean World is beneath Siam mall

    7. Tinder

Sorry for the late response. First off most of the Russian mob owned bars there are notorious for being overpriced, a pint of beer costs 2-3 times compared to a Thai owned bar. Secondly the escorts who work there are also notorious for screwing over the customers and again overcharging a whole lot in comparison to Thai escorts, you can't talk your way outta it else you'll have a Russian mobster up your ass to make you pay.

From the accounts of those who are regular visitors there (like 5 visits a year minimum), they all say to avoid Russian bars.

Go to Ayutthaya, it's a city close to Bangkok. It's a UNESCO world heritage site, and has beautiful temples and palaces.
