I mix my own. 3-6 g flavored citruline malmate 3g beta alanine 200mg caffeine 5g creatine Effervescent for taste You can also mix it in sparkling water for a better effect. It's nice because I can not add caffeine when I'm cycling off, or modify it as needed. A lot of bulk ingredients are cheap and creatine goes on sale often
I do this also but add in glutamine / bcaas as well. Powdered Gatorade for flavor and you can switch up the taste if it gets boring. Caffeine comes in caps so you don't have to taste it.
Similar to above two suggestions but I prefer creatine HCL instead of monohydrate because HCL is a quick absorbent and less effect on kidneys
Best pre workout is stretching and cardio. Period
It's been proven that stretching doesn't help at all. Cardio definitely helps.

The other comment mentioned stretching and cardio. I stretch after my workout. Warmup sets help a lot too Black coffee is key
Bucked up is my favorite I actually work out so I hope you check it out. Many other comments seem umm... unhelpful.
Rub one out, EXCEPT you can only use your imagination. No phones, magazines, or books. Does wonders to concentration and confidence. Probably the next best thing to actual mediation.
