Best way (app/site) to find a 4 BR in Silicon Valley

May be relocating and there are so many apps (realtor, trulia, Zillow...) to find a place to live. I’ll need a 4 BR house/townhouse/apt around the Sunnyvale area - great schools. Targeting Mountain View, Palo Alto....Where should I look? Looking to rent at first. Do people use Craigslist? Rental agents? If so, who do you suggest? Am I missing some hidden place?

Zillow ive heard is good or see if you can get an account on nextdoor(or have a friend on it). Usually homeowners will know others who are renting out secondary properties

You can try craigslist and hotpads . If you want to focus on schools... check the assigned school by using greatschools.com . Finally.. just because u are in a nice school district doesnt mean your kids can go there. Several schools in the bay are overcrowded so your kids might be put on a waitlist. An option some ppl are taking is that of private schools. That lets them live close to work and not compromise on education at the same time. Good luck.

Also to add to that. Some schools might be closing/looking to be redistricted as a result of apartments being added nearby so definitely look into that
