Better package: Apple vs Amazon

The 2 A’s in FAANG, which one pays more and has better benefits? I heard at face value and considering stock potential, Amazon is better, but factor in their not so great refreshers, cuthroat culture and current stock performance of both then Apple wins. What do you guys think?

Definitely Apple. Been in both. For all the factors you mentioned Apple is much better, even for stock potential and face value.

Ict5 is wide (goes from E6 to E7). If the pay is more (which is usually more in Apple than Amazon L7) then I'd go with Apple. Same comparison with Fb E6.

depends on team. at least at amazon, you dont have to sync with partners across all regions
