Business analyst at Oculus

Found an opportunity at Oculus that seems really interesting. Can someone share more about the Oculus team? How big is it? What's the growth potential like? Seems like they are doing some cool stuff. Is that true or just BS? Also, I will be doing a switch from hardware engineering to this role if I go ahead with it. Any tips on the interview? Thanks!
