Can I apply again and get selected?
I applied for freshworks and got placed 3 years ago. As because, I had better offers in hand (Amazon), I informed Freshworks that I would not be joining. As learning curve is not improving, I would like to look out for new opportunities. Can I still apply for freshworks and get placed there again? I also wanted to know, 1. Is that a company specific thing? Like company A allows to apply again after employee rejecting the offer, but company B not allowing it?????
There is no such public rule. Unless you insulted someone there, I donβt see why they wouldnβt even take a peak at your application. But you certainly not guaranteed to get an interview whether this is the first time or not. Think about the sheer amount of no thanks from Google.
