So recruiters also have to meet there goals of hiring x no of people in y amount of time. Im just wondering if its possible for them to have access to the interview questions and leak it to the candidate before interview in order to meet there goals. Can this happen?
Doesn't really help. It's easy to detect memorization that does not involve understanding.
Yes, it happens, though not very common.. I was once told by HR to brush up few of the topics (which were later asked in the interview panelist)
All employees have access to the LP based questions, so short answer is yes they can.
No, recruiter has no idea what I ask. Sometimes I don't even know what I'll ask
It happened to me once. The headhunter contacted me for data engineer position in JP Morgan Chase. The hiring manager has a set of Java OOP question and big data question. He told me all the questions before I went onsite and surprisingly 90% of the questions he gave me were asked my the HM. After the interview, he asked me what are the remaining 10% of the questions I was asked on site. I guess he will probably use them for the next candidate.
Makes sense with JP Morgan. Probably a test to make sure youβre okay with a little light corruption before joining ππ
No im asking at top tech companies. Recruiters are supposed to prep u up. What if they in order to meet there goals start leaking tech/lp questions to candidates. Maybe a far fetch theory but this might be one reason why some people make it who shouldnt and get pipped
The fast answer is yes it's possible. Should they? No But it can occur when productivity is measured by headcount fills, incline rates, and time to fill. Recruiting is cut throat and I could see someone who is struggling do something like this. With that said part of the leveling guidelines state that recruiters should advocate for the best fill rather than filling a seat. It's part of what differentiates an L4 tor L5
interviewbit.com does it. They have folder for each company, which they share with the candidates, if they apply via IB. PS: Majority of the experiences in those folders are from interviews in India.
So does career cup. But this is not the same as sharing 4-5 questions to prepare which will exactly come in the upcoming interview.
Well career cup is not that active currently and you won't find questions for Indian companies like Flipkart, Myntra,CureFit etc easily.
They can't leak the questions that I make up a day or 2 before that are based on real issues
What for? To have problem with unmatching ee and questions from management about how did they let you in?
What for is mentioned in the post.
