What YOE? Fresh college hires make 88,000 + 9k sign on and no stock. +12-17%/level depending on performance. Good chance at a promo/year at low levels, once you get to manager, it slows
4 years of experience. Currently at 110k base at Accenture in the DC area. Cap one recruiters have been reaching out. But unsure if I would get a pay bump that would be worth switching to capital one.
4yoe could make you mngr level, in which case there will be a pay bump but it won't be huge. I'm unsure exact number bc I'm not in the Data job family, but best guess would be $120k +- 5k. If you get offered sr. mngr (idk your experience, but probably unlikely), add about $15k to that.
