Hi, i rear ended someone last year and there were no injuries. The police didn't show up exactly for the same reason. All payouts were done and everything seemed good but now I spoke to my insurance company and they mentioned that they are seeing on my driving record that the other party had "injuries". I was completely shocked hearing this as it's an outright lie. Because of this my premiums went up crazily high. Is there anything i can do now to take action? It's been 1+year now.
I had this once. I had no option but to pay the high premiums. But then I went to his house and asked what happened. He made excuses and told me he’ll talk to the insurance agent and clarify. Guess what? Insurance company called him and he lied again. But then.... I had recorded my conversation with him. I showed him that and threatened to lawyer up. I won! Buttttttt. I highly advise doing something like that. People have guns here and it’s not safe to show up at someone’s house like that. Just talk to a lawyer straight away. And keep your expectations real low. Every proof has to taken when incident occurs.
I'll try this. Now i recall some document each of us signed and confirmed that there were no injuries
I think recording conversations without other party consent is also considered illegal and may work against you . My 2 cents
🚨👮🏻♂️sir you did not post your TC, please do so immediately 🚔🚨
Can we just have a new feature in blind where tc is automatically displayed next to everyone's username?
To put it smoothly, "it's none of your business". To put it roughly, "Go fuck yourself". Choose one of the two
This has been a very expensive lesson in the inner workings of the legal system. Next time, you’ll be better prepared.
Whether they felt injured then or it appeared later doesn’t matter. Adrenaline and immediate soft tissue damage makes injuries appear later. Next time don’t tear end anybody.
Awesome typo! 🤣😂😅
Whiplash injuries can show up months after the original trauma.
How much did your premium increase op?
Always call the police, make sure to have your umbrella large enough to cover your assets. Injuries can appear long after an accident.
I called, they said they won't show up because no one had injuries.
Lol what city, that's kinda funny. Last time someone tapped my car I called and thet sent two police cars. Police work for you, tell them the other driver is being uncooperative and I'm sure they will come.
