Which one do you prefer, sitting behind the desk (technical job) or taking a job with more human interactions (sales)? And why?

I actually love human interactions. I do not like troubleshooting questions and being a level 1 replacement for Google Searches.
I like to focus on learning what problems are in the business and trying to create solutions to fix them.
