Data Science in customer experience group 140k base + 8% target bonus 30k sign on Grade 6 Location: San Jose Changing careers, but 5 YOE in consulting, 0 tech Masters in Civil Engineering Masters in CS (recent) Any comment/opinion on these figures would be much appreciated!

How was the interview?
Thatโs a good offer for grade 6. Most swe new grads are grade 6 and get 115-120k base with some rsu
If Cisco your choice .Take it , I have not heard 140 base and 30k sign on for any grade 6 .
Which group? Who is the hiring manager?
