What are some of the companies with inflated titles. I've heard Salesforce, Oracle, SoFi. Any other companies? Exclude early stage startups or banks

All banks. I’ve believe my teller at shittybank is a VP.
Only true testament to how smart you are is your TC/Company benefits or growth potential. Few people might say they are not getting paid their worth or contribution, that basically is not a “smart decision”. The titles might tame your ego but is pretty worthless
Hence why I say the smartest are the entrepreneur and heck, even the very profitable small business owners(I know few of both). People here chasing prestige and title like it's the only way to success.
Title is important - it's part of your story. TC is money now, your "brand" is money throughout your life.
Uber Head of this and head of that. Everyone is a head of some.thing
