Compensation for Sr Dev Mgr at non-FANG in Boston MA

Hi Guys, What's the compensation at non-FANG companies for Senior Software Development Manager in Boston Area? Background in Open source Python/Java & past 3 years R Glass door seems to be very misleading. Mostly at non-FANG Companies like GE, CVS, TJX, Chewy, BJs, Wayfair, National Grid, Liberty Mutual, Dell, HP, Zipcar, VistaPrint, Cargurus, Bose, iRobot, Tableau, CA, Cengage, Salesforce, Red-Hat, or any similar. Get multiple offers, especially from FAnG (no Netflix here...). Ask for 300k.

Don't even think of Cengage. Pay sucks and reorg every month with constant layoffs even more. Many are looking outside and Glassdoor ratings are due to HR campaign in late 2017 -2018. @cengage #cengage
