Have you ever had a conflict with coworkers or teammates? Was HR able to help you to resolve it?
Hr protects the company, very rarely have I seen it resolve conflicts. Either resolve it yourself or work with your manager.
Looking at your question, I assume you are new to professional world. HR aka Human Remains doesn’t help employees, it’s not in their charter
Not new to professional world, but very new to such situation.
No no no. Don’t use HR. HR is not your friend.
Why so? I never been in such situation before, I really don't know
Stay the fcuk away from HR.
Yes. HR has helped several times, but 1st step is to get someone in your mgmt chain involved. Then if they can't help, HR or Legal. Just act in good faith, keep the high road, and don't back down. I give it about an 80% success rate. technically speaking better than divorce rate. There are crappy HR people, but really good ones too. Like any profession. Find the good ones. Good luck.
Thank you very much! I talked to my manager few times about this issue already, trying to stay professional and hoping for the best.
I was never successful with HR, quitting my job was actually better actually.
A conflict between employees is a management problem, rarely an HR one.
Management can be biased, so pretty screwed if that happens.
Time to use your own service lol
