Considering a E5 Senior SWE offer at Facebook
What would be a considered a good offer for E5? I have 15 years of experience. Currently IC4 at Apple trending to IC5 soon. What are the typical yearly RSU refresher, bonuses and raises for E5 for let's say medium performance?
Standard starting offer is 170k + 400k RSU. You can negotiate from there. RSU are much easier to move then salary. I've heard of 190k + 800k RSU, but the highest I can confirm is 180k + 600k.

Thanks for the information, appreciate your help!! Current comp: 175k base, 300k unvested RSUs (about 120k yearly refresh) 35k early bonus. Looming promotion will bring these numbers up. FB offer is being negotiated. Wanted to get a feeling of what would be considered a good offer and what would be possible.

120k for meets refresher, more if you exceed perf, bonus is 15% with same multiple if you exceed. Great offer would be 200k base, 700k stock and 100k sign on
