What is their TC for SDE and Data Scientist roles, mid to senior levels?
Interested in this. Anyone having idea on how much options they give for mid to senior levels?
This is not accurate. Seniors are achieving far higher salary. $165 appears to be mid. Seniors are typically over $175k and then equity.

Curious as well
$165k for senior. Pure salary. No signing bonus, no annual bonus, decent but not outstanding benefits. And then a hard sell on why the options would be growing at an astounding rate. The company is growing, but there is no guarantee they will continue or even go public.
