Does Credit Karma recruiter followup after an on site interview? I have not heard back even after three weeks and would love to know your experience.
My recruiter followed up within 24 hours to present me an offer. If you’re getting ghosted you either 1) failed or 2) the recruiter suddenly left
It must be the first one. It is good to know it rather then guess it.
They’re not supposed to ghost. You can try getting in touch with the hiring manager.
I reached out to the HM. I am told that the position is filled internally. Thank you everyone who replied.

Actually interviews were good. I enjoyed speaking with Engineers and HM. It is just the communication after the onsite which has been terrible. From the above replies about 45% candidates face the same thing when it comes to communication.
What was the interview process/questions/topics?
Make chenge (dp), some complicated promise chain, about 2 design rounds, that’s all I can recall
