Fucking TurboTax. Lobbies to ensure taxes remain a pain and then extracts the lobbying costs from people like us. Never gonna use it again.

jpasserby Apr 18, 2019If your taxes are at all more complex than a 1040 and some deductions, talk to an accountant. a good one will save you way more money than they cost.

jpasserby Apr 18, 2019If you have pretty normal taxes, then yes you can do it yourself. But if you have a personal company for consulting, or lots of investments, or if you lease out any property, Etc, it's good to talk to an accountant.
